Great Company December 11, 2015 Reviewer: CAMERON VANN from RALEIGH, NC United States   The product is beautiful, exactly what we were looking for. The box was very very damaged when we received it and some of the bundles had broken branches. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it immediately sending me some replacement bundles. Would definitely recommend both the product and the company! Shipping September 2, 2015 Reviewer: shaniya holloway from Upper darby, PA United States   I'm not satisfied with my order this time around...I believe that the company needs to add padding or some type of insulated protection to prevent the branches from becoming broken....I ordered a 2nd second of branches because I needed more but a lot of them are broken and my box was pretty much demolished upon delivery...so I'm very in happy with my purchase Was this review helpful to you?

Review April 15, 2015 Reviewer: Elizabeth Keller from Omaha, NE United States   When I received my order the box was poorly taped closed- in fact it was partially open. I checked it and looked like all was OK- no broken bundles just broken ends, which could have happened during transit. I would suggest better packing of product and packaging for transit since you charge an additional shipping fee. Overall product is fine. Was this review helpful to you?

Overall, however, the total cost was a great bargain compared to other sites. We looked at the reviews of each site we considered and chose Branches Wholesale because of their great reviews. We received the Curly Willow branches in just a few days; they were in excellent condition; they were as described; and they will work perfectly for my daughter's wedding.
